Upside Down/Wrong Transformer Logos
I was very disappointed that the Transformer logos on both sides of the backpack were upside down and not even the official Transformer logos! It is also made by an Asian company with a different language on the zipper handles. Shipping was faster than expected and the concept is cool, but we returned it because the logos ruin the backpack.

Eye catcher
My 6 year old son loves his bag. It got him excited about returning to school. Its neat and comfortable and looks good on his back. All his friends love the bag since the eyes light up. Only wished it came with added accessories like pencil case, bottle or snack bag.
