Romantica Collection Silver 3-tier Tray

The three tier tray was missing the middle part than connects the trays and and holds them together. This was supposed to be and early Christmas present so the hostess could use it for Christmas Party. i contacted customer service and after 3 attempts they were convinced it was not in the box...they shipped a new one FedEx. Signature required upon delivery. It is Christmas Eve and the package is sitting in the FedEx warehouse! Maybe she can use it for New Years Party!

The silver is nice, but the item is too big for my dining room table and takes up too much room to seve guests. Additionally, I have no where to store it as it is too big to fit into my break front.

Don't waste your time! Can't believe anyone would give this a good review. So disappointed. Made of a cheap material. The edges fold underneath and a little one's hands could get cut. It was lopsided and wobbled. No strong structure, whatsoever.
