Amazing like the book describes, you must order it in order to understand how this amazing spice just spices up your life. I’m not saying anymore all I know it has helped tremendously on how much more health benefits it brings to ( my table ) you’ll understand once you read , it explains how to use it and brings abundance health properties to you for longevity⭐️🩷🔥🌶️

Cayenne that's good for the soul
This is a very good, informative and easy to read book. I have actually read it through about 3 or 4 times. I have always loved spicy stuff, in particular peppers, but I actually had no idea how much power cayenne peppers packed--health wise, that is. I stumbled up on the health benefits of them when I did a juice cleanse, it was suggested that I drink a teaspoon of cayenne in regular temperature water every morning before drinking my juice. I liked how it made me feel. Then I decided to go a step further and research the health benefits of it, and was totally blown away at what I discovered--this led me to Sharon Daniels book: Cayenne Pepper Cures Miracle Healers From The Kitchen. The health benefits that I experienced were almost immediate. I could feel a difference in my joints, they didn't hurt and weren't stiff. I could climb 3 flights of stairs without any problems from my knees. I haven't really had a headache --sinus or otherwise since I started drinking the tea. I feel really calm and relaxed, like there is never going to be a problem with my blood pressure--I tend to have an elevated bp read when I go to the doctor, I just might overcome that at my next visit. If I drink the tea at night, I sleep very sound and wake in the morning without any stiffness. My stomach is actually shrinking, my clothes are hanging off of me, and I'm not complaining. I don't eat as much, and I am easily filled once I sit down to eat. I love it. I think this book is wonderful. I have experienced so many benefits that it's too many to enumerate in this review. I told my sister about it, and she started drinking the tea, she takes bp meds, she called her doctor to inquire about drinking the tea and she told her: Yes, yes, drink it. I can't wait to see all of the wonderful benefits you've received by your next visit." My sister also has ulcers, and she says her stomach feel s wonderful. I rated this book 5 stars, but that's only because I can't give it a 10. I like this book very much.

Very informative!!!
I am very Thankful for this book! I don’t believe that I stumbled upon it by accident…I recently had a heart attack on the 24th of October & reading about how cayenne pepper helps not only with the heart but with the body as a whole has really given me a sense of Peace!!! Thank you Sharon Daniels for passing on this Gift of knowledge!!! I wish you the Best in all you do!!! God Bless You✨✨✨

This is an extremely interesting and informative book to those of us interested in any foodstuffs which may also be extremely good for us.It explains, simply and clearly, many of the benefits of cayenne and different ways that it can be taken. It specifies amounts and exactly how to introduce this to your body in order to benefit certain conditions, prevent others, and the general health regimen that may benefit everybody.There are some useful instructions to produce healing medications using this at home and these are straightforward and uncomplicated.It also informs, of when and how to include the doctor in this way of using cayenne as a herbal supplement. It leave a inclusion in the diet down to individual preference.I was rather surprised to find that I had been gradually collecting these books as my interest in increasing health naturally at home increased.I would rather eat healthily without being a fanatic, and try to pay a bit more attention to the food I ingest as, increasingly, it becomes more worrying as to its ingredients and safety. This information is a valuable help to improve both the quality of diet and health.The only reason I took one star is that there are family members that need to be healthier in their habits and these "tools" are noticeable, however slightly, to them and any tips to overcome or help with resistance would be welcome.

Best Book!
Best book on cayenne pepper benefits & uses. My husband & I started taking 1/8 teaspoon of 90,000 heat units cayenne pepper in 1 tablespoon raw honey 3 times a day. We're in our 70s and don't want strokes and heart attacks. Plus, we need joint pain relief and immunity support.
