Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 Nano 4096-Bit Mini-ITX 4 GB HBM Graphics Card

Fitted this nano r9 as my case is a little restrictive .So far found it fairly noisy on the fan levels ,though maybe some tweeking can reverse it.cant run train simulator very well as it seems to tear when I move the camera around. Not too pleased with that as I play it a lot..plays star wars battle front really well if you can hear it above the fans.Other than that yes it is a good card , and maybe some overclocking can make it fly .I'm no expert by any means so take my advice lightly , maybe I'm doing something wrong ,although my case has two fans maybe if I disabled them it might make a difference . although knowing me something will go bang !

WHAT AN EXCELLENT GRAPHIC CARD ,RUNNING ALL MY GAMES MAXED OUT ON 3440 X 1440 ON MY SAMSUNG CURVED MONITOR THESE CARDS DONT MAKE A WHINE NOISE WHEN CASE HAS DECENT FANS INSTALLED AND COOLED PROPERLY

Awesome performance for something so small, fits my chassis and there's plenty room for airflow.

The R9 Nano is abit of an odd card. Most will assume it should only be used for Mini ITX or small builds, but with its price point putting it into the bracket as the GTX 980 for example it's actually a very compelling card.The R9 Nano is built on AMD’s Fiji Architecture and comes armed with 4GB of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) vs most cards which come with GDDR5. The Fiji core is used in 3 cards, the R9 Fury X (which comes with a liquid cooler AIO), the R9 Fury and the R9 Nano.Now what makes this interesting is the R9 Fury X is the “top dog” of the line with the full core, the R9 Fury is a cutdown core to save costs. The Nano actually uses the Full Fury X core so this means at like for like clocks gets the same performance as that powerhouse of a GPU for a massive amount less.Now to fit the full blown core into a small package they had to make some cuts, the first is on the power input, this card only uses a single 8 Pin on the rear vs the 2 8 pin inputs on the Fury X. Next it uses a small fan.In terms of performance and with the stock fan profile, the card gets very hot but remains very quiet. As a result of getting very hot, the card thermally throttles its clock speed to 900-950 Mhz range which explains why the card with a full blown Fiji X core seems to perform worse. Now this can be alleviated by actually turning up the fan in which case the card will sustain 1000 Mhz no problem.In terms of overclocking, with the fan ramped up, my two samples actually are happy running along at 1050 Mhz on the core. Surprise surprise, the same speeds as the Fury X. So in reality you can, provided you're willing to turn up the fans get Fury X performance.I now have mine under water and in this case the performance is absolutely amazing. The card thrives under water and can get to 1100 Mhz no problem which is similar to a Fury X overclocked. Amazing performance for an epic price really. This card handles 1080p no issues and can happily whizz along at 1440p. Above that and it becomes a struggle, but that's the case for most cards.In all while air cooler you will get amazing performance, similar to a R9 Fury (which I had and put my results in the pictures comparing the two) and overclocked it becomes an amazing card. In all the nano is quite special, it may not be the most powerful or overclock the furthest, but its current price point, untapped potential once underwater and size make it an amazing card.NOTE: All R9 Nano’s like the R9 Fury X’s (not R9 Fury) are the same card and merely have a different brand name slapped on the box and who also manage the warranty. Grab whatever works out the cheapest. Also one thing to note, the PCI-E connector is placed on the rear, so adds some length to the card.

Allora questa è la versione NANO della R9 Fury X . differenze sostanziali? Il calore. Questa, nonostante io abbia un case ben areato e con la cpu 6700k che raggiunge a stento i 50°, raggiunge tranquillamente i 70/80° a meno che non usi msi afterburner. Solo con quest'ultimo, gestendomi al meglio le ventole, riesco a tenerla a freno sui massimo 70° di picco.Perde una stella solo per questo poichè con un overclock piccolo e mirato, sempre usando msi afterburner, impostandola a 1070 mhz massimo e 50% di potenza in più raggiunge tranquillamente la sorella maggiore R9 Fury X (che però costa un centono in più!)

Eine tolle Grafikkarte und erstaunlich, was es in dieser kleinen Größe und Wattbedarf alles leistet. Ich betreibe 2 Monitore (120hz und 144hz) mit der Karte. Leider war meine erste Lieferung defekt. Diese erzeugt Artefakte in diversen Situation, was aber auch nicht sofort aufgefallen ist. Furmarktests, 3dmark Tests gemacht und da war alles in Ordnung. Erst unter Fallout 4 gab es Grafikfehler und auf meinem 2. Monitor kamen nach kurzer Zeit flackernde Pixel / Quadrate. Dazu findet man auch einiges im Netz, was auch oft auf die neuen Crimson-Treiber geschoben wird. Dank Amazon schnell getauscht und die 2. Karte läuft nun ohne Probleme. Alles perfekt.

Parfait pour une config mini-ITX.Absolument aucun coil-whine à déplorer sur mon exemplaire.Suite à sa baisse de prix c'est indéniablement la meilleure carte compacte du moment.

So hallo erst einmal an alle die dies Lesen.Ich habe mir aktuell 2 dieser mini Karten zugelegt und sie werden in einem gut belüfteten (2x 80mm front, 1x 140mm Heck und 2x 200mm Dachlüfter) betrieben. Wie auch in anderen Rezessionen und YouTube Kanälen beschrieben, har die R9 Nano echte Highend Leistung im Kleinformat.Aber wie alles im Leben hat diese Karte auch ihre Licht- und Schattenseiten, auf welche ich jetzt näher eingehen möchte.Pros1. Die Leitung entspricht in etwa einer R9 Fury non OC und liegt deutlich über der einer R9 290x OC und der einer R9 390x non OC.2. Bei einer Chip TDP von 175 Watt + in der Regel 15-25 Watt für den Speicher ist die Grafikkarte das erste echte Energie effiziente Produkt von AMD seit langem.3. Im Idel (Windows Office) Betrieb liegt die Geräuschentwicklung leicht unter der einer R9 290x tri X im Silent Mode (Erstes Bios), leider schalten aktuelle GTX 900 Karten den Lüfter ganz aus.4. Die Kleine Bauform der Karte macht sie perfekt für ITX Gaming Systeme, die aber in einem belüfteten Gehäuse sein sollten.Contra1. Die geringe TDP der Karte in Kombination mit dem Chip der Fury X (Wassergekühlt 275 Watt), ist sowohl ihr Segen als auch ich Fluch. Denn bei einer Optimalen bis Maximalen Auslastung der Karte ist Schluss mit den 1000 MHz Takt und die Karte drosselt auf 900-700 MHz. Bei mir liegt der Tackt der Karten in Tera Online auf Ultra mit 4x AA und 16X Anisotropischer F. in 1440p bei ca. 800-700 MHz und stabilen 50+ FPS.2. Das kleine Licht/Schatten Spiel ist die Größe der Karte und der Einsatz nur eines 80mm Lüfters. Die Karte kann sich bei Optimaler Auslastung schnell Erhitzen und die Fury X ist nicht ohne Grund Flüssiggekühlt. Die Lamellen haben für eine Karte dieser Leistungsklasse einfach etwas zu wenig Oberfläche. Die 75°C werden aber dennoch durch Senkung des Taktes in Kombination mit einer hohen Lüfterdrehzahl gebändigte. Der Kontrapunkt ist in diesem Fall die Geräuschentwicklung.FazitDanke AMD, das du mir wieder Hoffnung gemacht hast und Hardware baust, die eine angenehme Performance per Watt liefern kann. Die R9 Nano ist eine in Ketten gelegte Fury X und auch wenn sie Ihre schwächen hat, empfehle ich guten Gewissens jedem diese Karte. Wer bei 1080p bis 1440p einen Hybrieden sucht und keine Lust auf die DX9 Game Bugs der GTX 900 Serie hat, der sollte zugreifen sobald die Karte bei etwa 520 – 580 € liegt.P.S.: Mein System CPU i7 4790K OC auf 4,8 GHz, 2x Sapphire R9 Nano, 16 GB DDR3 1600 und SATA SSD.
