Encell Set of 5 Push Button Latch Cupboard for RV Camper Motor Home Caravan

Same exact product as the Encell brand, but $10 cheaper. The only metal part is the latch plate. the knob and trim piece are plastic and the latch body is plastic. though the threaded rod and threaded insert on the knob are metal. mechanism works smoothly and feels solid. I am installing on 1/2" cabinet door which means I will have to add a spacer to ensure the proper fit. They will fit 5/8" thick material and 3/4" thick material.

They fit my 2002 Safari perfectly. Good price too.

To be fair, these were quite inexpensive for this bundle. And their lack of quality construction reflects that. The button itself has a lot of play in the housing, and the first one I installed became jammed. There also wasn't any instructions for measurements, so I had to perform some trial and error. Luckily, I tested these on some blank wood. I will NOT be using them for my actual build.So, if you need a quick cheap fix, then these will probably do the job. If one or two fail, then you have some replacements. But if you want a quality piece of hardware, then you should look elsewhere.

My little Casita trailer is 23 years old, and her cabinet handles were aging her. I painted her cupboards white and lobbied my husband to install these latches.In the beginning, the latches didn't fit right, but he put some tiny washers on the mounting screws to adjust the height and they work perfectly!!When we are in camp, I can leave the buttons up and use them as knobs to open the cupboards, and when we travel I push the knobs in.

I bought these to replace 20 year old identical type latches in my RV. There is so much plastic in these compared to the old and some new ones I found. The knob is extremely wonky and brok off after 5 days of use. I installed another because this purchase contained 5. But I can not open my drawer by pulling in the knob because it will brake it. Total garbage, find one made of metal.

Mostly plastic construction. No template. When installed, they are loose. I was hoping for a higher quality latch.

Le Kit comprend bien 5 ensembles complets, j'avais un doute en lisant le descriptif. C'est du plastique mais cela semble costaud. Pour info pas de notice.

Got these because a couple of catches broke on my motorhome. Just the same as the ones i have . fit a treat now have a couple spare. Arrived well before predicted date . Sonservice was pretty good
