6" Wood Letter: A

These letters are the perfect size & ready to paint. Some edges needed a little sanding, but that's fine. There are no holes or hooks on the backs, but I just hung them on the wall using sewing needles. Very cute!

So much smaller than I thought!

I bought these letter to hang on my son's bedroom wall. They do not have any hook or hole to hang them! I ended up propping them up on his bookshelf - we will see how long they stay until they fall. I spray painted them red and the color came out very nice, though.

I was pretty happy with this. It was a good size and I was happy with the quality of the wood because it wasn't split or knotted. My only complaint is that I had to sand it because it was still rough wood.

I bought the letters to spell out my son's name (JOSHUA) and I am very happy with my purchase. Most of the craft letters sold online are either particle board, plastic, or if they're wood, they dont have a nice beveled edge like these do. Add to the fact that each of these letters are only $5 each, you have a really nice value.A word of advice though, is that a couple of the letters required a small amount of hand sanding to smoothen burs where the wood was cut. These are probably mass produced in a factory somewhere, so you'll want to take a little bit of time to clean them up when you get them. Also, they come with no type of mounting hardware. Any kind of wall mount will work to secure these. Since I knew about both of these before buying them, neither are enough to lower my rating to 4 stars.

Just what I wanted and made in the USA. It does require sanding but it is a small piece and not difficult to do.

These are really cute but were a bit different than I expected. They have a decorative outside edge to them that I didn't care for, for the project I was doing. I was having free standing letters on a shelf and these are more made for a wall the way they protrude out, not for standing on their own (they won't). I needed flat, not decorative, chunckier, free-standing lettering.

The letters are cheap, but they tried to charge me $25 in shipping and handling for five letters. A wolf in sheep's clothing.
