Why buy a 300 dollar rope for utility purposes? This rope has proven itself as durable and useful. Built my pin kit for grand canyon rafting with less expensive ropes and pullys. I saved nearly 200 from retail top brand prices. Winning.

Inspect for Quality, Found Flaws off the Spool, Nor Sure Would Pass for Climbing Rope
Purchased 300' Planned to use as rappelling line, Was marking Midpoint and after inspecting rope found multiple flaws. One about 100 Foot in, so lost almost 1/3rd of the use of the rope. Frustrated with self because marked the rope before discovery and most likely not returnable now. Beware get what you pay for.

It handles great right out of the box. I highly recommend it as a static rappelling rope.
Excellent rope! Bought for Scout Troop for rappelling & prussik climbing.I've bought a good many ropes over the past 35 years and very happy with this one.I bought the 11mm for durability and size. It works good single or double.

Awesome rope
Used for a drift boat anchor system. Super strong, stiff, but not overly so, easy to work with, and bitchen looking.
