Did the job.
Did what it was supposed to do. Can't say much more. I only gave it a 4 star because I find it hard to say that I could "love" a brooder thermometer...:)

Rather give a zero, worst thermometer ever
I would choose 0 stars if I could. We had also bought a very, very cheap thermometer with this cheap one but I mean cheap, and it did so much better. The thermometer is like broken or something and doesn't give accurate readings even within 15 degrees in a chick brooder... Never trust this temp reading, it is likely 15-20 degrees hotter than it reads and you will kill your baby chicks if you don't have a good thermometer that works quickly and well. This is the worst thermometer I ever bought. I'm sorry.
