Lots of times gluten-free means more added sugar for flavor and crunch. These are actually pretty low in sugar and yet they are still crunchy and tasty. I like both the original and the chocolate, although the chocolate is not intensely flavored, but a more subtle cocoa flavor. I was worried about getting them having read lots of reviews about the product arriving smashed. But as of 2024, I've order multiple times and they seem to have corrected that packing issue. Mine are bubble-wrapped and arrive intact. They remind me of British tea biscuits I used to love before having to reduce my gluten intake.

The taste is decent and just slightly sweet. The downside is they end up mostly broken or crushed by the time you receive them so don't count on having full biscuits. Very unfortunate!

Surprisingly not crumbly for a gluten-free product. I ordered both the chocolate and the vanilla. Both were quite good, mild flavors. Low sugar content which means less than 2 g of sugar per biscuit. Lower than most cookies. Have a slight buttery flavor although I don't think the product had butter in it. Makes a nice outer shell for making ice cream sandwiches and refreezing them. They were easy enough to bite into not too hard. Also they made good outside holders for s'mores with a melted marshmallow and chocolate inside the two outer biscuit layers. Each biscuit was more like a cookie, only about 1/8 of an inch thick. And the biscuits were about 3 in by 1 and 1/2 in each. For gluten-free product, I thought it was overall really good! And easy to travel with because it isn't crumbly like a lot of gluten-free products can be. Not as light and Flaky as a wheat product would be of it's equivalent, but still a good choice for gluten-free option.

I love the cookies but each time I receive them, they’re all broken because thy arrive in a plastic bag instead of a box. I have complained several times but they still come broken. I won’t order them again.

These crackers are very tasty my family loves them

These are okay on their own as a slightly sweet cracker, but are overpriced and you will not mistake them for the real Petit Beurre. I would not purchase again.
