Henckels Handheld Knife Sharpener, Easy to Use, Ergonomic Non-Slip Handle

Bought this to use with my new Victornox knife. I love it! Very easy to use and works very well. Just run the knife through the course sharpener, then through the fine sharpener, wipe off the knife and the knife is ready to use. Now all of my kitchen knives are perfectly sharp. I cook a lot and sharp knives are a must. They are also much safer to use.

Easy to use with my Henckels 8in chef knife. Great when you don’t have time to use a whetstone.

This is exactly what I needed! I am so happy to have found it on Amazon. I love my Henckel knife set, I was just missing the sharpener. It works like a dream.

I have nothing to compare this to. I guess it does as intended and the results are there. It seems to me it just does not have the solid feel one might expect as when one handles fine Henckel knife. Perhaps should not expect more for the price point

I have Henckel and Cutco knives and have used both an electric knife sharpener and two other pull-through type sharpeners similar to this one. This Henckel sharpener does a better job than any of them. The two slots are for course and fine sharpening and seem to be angled carbide blocks which shave small amounts of metal off the blade to get the edge, as opposed to my other sharpeners which used stones. I needed about five pulls in each groove for the first sharpening which gave me an edge that could cleanly slice copy paper. I expect future sharpening for touch-ups will be even faster.

this is a nice knife sharpener. it takes some technique to get this to sharpen my henckles chef knife. best results come from applying some pressure when pulling the knife through. not very expensive and quality in line for what i paid for it.

I bought this as I have a full set of Cutco knives that I have had for 20+ years. They have lifetime free sharpening, which is great for the Double D knives, but now I do not have to send back the straight blade knives to be sharpened. This tool is a great value as it is very sturdy and easy to use. I highly recommend it!

Instructions show coarse blade as far right slot in picture however on sharpener coarse is nearest handle ie. It is the wrong way round
