Severely overpriced, but it works.
It works, but it's probably the most I've ever been ripped off. $50 for this stuff? They know that nobody else sells this kind of adapter, so they can charge whatever they want. Disappointing.

Works as advertised, and was needed, however I have NEVER felt more ripped off about a purchase in my life. Tt's 2 tiny pieces of metal a few screws, and a few plastic washers....for more than $50. I thought paying $30 for a new iPhone charger was bad when they switched the plug...OH, and it doesn't come assembled, AND does not come with instructions (not that you really need them, but still!!!). AWFUL.

Works Well
This was a solid aid to get my wireless mic and light on the Canon 5D MKIII. I used in on a tripod, not sure I'd want to hand hold it as it makes the camera top heavy.
