Fingerprint Encrypted Padlock

UPDATE: i am adding 2 stars to my review because I received an unsolicited email from the company in which they refunded my money and asked me details about what happened, they seem genuinely interested in perfecting their product and asked for my help which I am happily giving to them. I’m adding two stars for the excellent customer service. I do have a second lock I bought before the one that malfunctioned and so far that one has been working just fine. In addition to the refund they have also offered to send me a replacement lock for free.I’ve had this lock for 3 months, for a while it worked great, and I loved it, but then it started not recognizing any of the fingerprints I recorded. I tried to delete. And re-record, I couldn’t, It is fully charged, I wish there was an app or some way to open the lock. I had to have it cut off my locker :( it’s too expensive to not have another way to open it if/when it stops working. It’s such a bummer, when it was working it was such a great lock.

If you are like me, losses keys, can't remember passwords, and pretty much just want something easy and fast this is the lock for you! and pretty much the ONLY lock you should get!They say this battery will last 1 year! Only time can tell. But other than the battery everything else I simply just love it!Pro: high quality, simple design, all TEN fingers can be set! more than my phone!!!Con: First time setup take a bit of time about 5 min, the user manual needs work.

Was really excited with this until I dropped it the first time on the (rubber) floor at Planet Fitness. Still make the unlock sound but nothing I can do will open it. You say well don't drop it? It' a combination lock... it will get dropped, banged, rattled, etc.. I have dropped locks over and over with no effect on their operation. I'm not saying it wasn't cool ut don't expect to treat it like a normal lock ... it must be coddled.

Bought it a month ago, charged it fully, it worked fine until yesterday when suddenly the lock stopped working while it was locked in the locker room, with my car keys and everything inside. The lock would not react anymore, no way to unlock it, I got stuck in the gym with no way to leave. After a lot of trouble, I managed to plug it while still on the locker, then it immediately worked again. The seller talks about an emergency unlock but that's only if there's still battery, after checking with customer support it does not automatically unlock once battery runs out. Unluckily for me it ran out exactly after I locked my stuff in the locker (and was working right before). Even if I charge it again, the risk to get locked out again is just unacceptable. Returning it now.

On the first lock I received the finger print reader took at least 5-8 tries before unlocking. I reprogrammed more than a few times with same result. (Update) Seller sent replacement lock and this one reads on average 4 out of 5 tries; which is not perfect but the consistancy is way better.

Set my fingerprint and even tried it a few times but as soon as I locked it on something I couldn't get it to open cut it off skip it

Quick and easy set up less than 5 min and opens quickly with finger print scanner I LOVE this lock!
