The assigned driver/monitor gives only monochromatic blue color. It's hard to keep it on. Screen disappeared for no reason.Manufacturer does not respond to questions. Used another monitor an d got a nice color picture but could not snap a photo. Keep on looking...

The images I get from this thing are nothing like the beautiful, sharp pictures used as examples. It makes me wonder if the examples even came from the same product. If they somehow did, there has been considerable post-processing done to get rid of the strong blue cast which is there whether the cheap blue-white LEDs are used or not.If you want videos and pictures that look like the examples, you'll have to look elsewhere, and probably spend a lot more money. Unfortunately, the return policy states "...in new and unopened condition" so once you unseal it to try it out, it's too late.

I received this toy today. Even my 5 year old doesnt want it. The camera resolution is poor. The ear wax remover is a pure scam. It can barely enter the ear and even more so (after some scratches) It is tilted in a way that the camera can only see the outside of ear.After several years of purchase on Amazon, this is my first mistake ever. Dont make the same mistake as I did.

I could not disagree more with the other reviewer, my pictures were as good or better than the ones shown here on amazon. This product is not to be confused with a cheap made in china usb microscope, it is a quality well made and innovative tool giving you,your loved ones, amd doctors visibility into parts of your body and potential issues that you would otherwise never have. Whether it is a tooth filling, questionable mole or growth on your back, inside your ears, or elsewhere, you can now see it for yourself entirely and highly magnified and take pictures and videos. This product and manufacturer are especially unique thanks to the well made and innovative focus approach, great illumination, awesome software they developed themselves, and real support through updates in the vitiny USA web site. Unlike too many of theses products that contain unauthorized software and no support, vitiny has updated drivers and application software available and instructional videos. The application is beautifully done, easy to use, and solid. The attachments for viewing the human body are high quality and innovative. In an era of cheap poor quality import copies, vitiny distinguishes themselves in providing. Innovation, quality, and a real contribution to the field of home and remote medicine at a price point that is amazing.

I wanted it so I could see my own ear drum instead all I saw as a dark hole. apparently this is more to be used as a microscope and occasionally to be used to clean out ear wax. I wasn't really happy with it so I returned it.
