CURREX RunPro Insoles for Running Shoes, Arch Support Inserts to Help Reduce Fatigue, Prevent Injuries, Boost Performance for Men & Women (Low Arch, Size XL)

I've been using these insoles every day, and they've made a noticeable difference in comfort and support. They fit perfectly in my running shoes, help reduce foot fatigue, and keep my feet feeling better during long days and workouts. Excellent quality, and I'll definitely continue buying them.

These are my second purchase of Currex. My husband has flat feet, and these save his feet.

Good fit, comfortable, would buy again

They're great for use in running shoes, they do have really good qualities to them. I admit, the comfort and energy return you get really shines when you're running. That's where these insoles like to be, they love your foot pounding them into the ground. The deep heel cup is great, so is the fact that the heel cup isn't super thick like on most orthotics. The foot of the door doesn't change drastically, in my case i actually got some more room. They're good for walking, but you have to get your correct arch size. I didn't learn i had a medium arch until i got the low arch version and wasn't feeling very supported, they just felt like really nice insoles rather than supports. The only thing i could say is they work best if you're shoes have a firm strobel footbed under the sockliner in the shoes. If you try to put these in something really cushioned like an Adidas Ultraboost, the actual arch support plate becomes unbearable. Since materials like Boost are very soft, the plate just sinks in and turns all the positives of these supports into negatives. Imagine only running about 2 miles only to run without the supports... Running on the bare boost in Ultraboost is fun, but you don't have that support. Anyway, always follow the fit diagram to get the best version. You may think you have high arches, but you're really a medium or flat... Just saying to follow the diagram correctly!! With that says, i do wish the poron pad they use in the heel was a little bit thicker for some extra cushioning on the heel for us heel strikers.

Love these insoles! I have multiple pairs and never wear shoes without them. Honestly, they saved my knees. Since I began using them 5+ years ago, I’ve had zero knee pain. Can’t say I haven’t had other pains but my knees are good. They give my “flat feet” just the right support so I do not pronate (roll my ankles inward) and my knee caps stay in alignment. I swear by them, plus a good pair of shoes. Highly recommended

I had planter fasciitis that was very painful, I went to the store fleet feet and they recommended these insoles for my type of foot. These have helped me tremendously - my foot has recovered completely.

I purchased these because I have flat feet, they did not provide a noticeable arch to be worth it and while they were low profile they were thicker than the original insoles that came with my Nikes so it made my heel sit higher and therefore my shoe always felt like it was slipping off. I wouldn’t use them for any amount because of the minimal lift and especially not at this price.

I've been searching for an insole to help with my plantar fasciitis. After many tries and many brands the Currex Run Pro low profile has helped. A bit pricey but worth it since I have finally found relief.

The insoles can be trimmed to the exact shape of your shoe, ensuring a perfect fit and maximum comfort. I have been using it for almost a month now and the dynamic arch support system proved to be efficient on helping to distribute weight evenly across the foot, reducing stress and strain on the feet, ankles and knees.Overall, I would highly recommend it. 10/10

I've tried at least 5 different models of insole inserts, and this is the one I ended up using. Not too thick, well shaped, good fit inside shoes like Red Wing Heritage.

Depuis que j’ai remplacé les semelles Nike dans mes chaussures de running par celle-ci j’ai plus de problème de douleur au chevilles et hanche. Pour information Elle font le même travail que les semelles orthopédiques à 170€.Je recommande

Producto recomendado, desde que las conocí no quiero usar otro producto que no sea este.Ideal para trabajar (si trabajas de pie) y para correr, incluso caminar. Recomiendo mucho este producto.
