Strong spring.Stays clasped.Paint is durable. Not body armor but durable.I made small retriever leashes, that the dog will wear while retrieving after sent to a bird or bumper. This includes water mud, standing vegetation, and I have yet to lose paint or a clip fall off a collar.Super happy about them.They were exactly what I was looking for.

Nice clasps, especially for the money. The locks are easy to use and seem sturdy. Not sure how much weight these handle, but if you're just using them for a sling, they'll do the job well.

The main body of the clip is made of aluminum and does not wear well against the objects they are clipped to. The paint chips fairly easily.I wish the entire clip was made of steel as the clip would be significantly stronger and far more durable.

Seem nicely built, but for 6 of them at 7.99, they should all be the same size. There was a random large mixed into the group, and one that is rusted/patina at a side weld point or something. That makes two out of six unuseable for resale.

These are not 1.25 in there only 1 in wide

Inexpensive but does the job. Metal seems plenty strong.
