I feel compelled to write a review of this as a gaming enthusiast. Firstly, Asus has done a wonderful job with this. The Armoury Crate software makes life infinitely easier for a Windows handheld. This device allows you to have the simplicity of a Steam Deck with the simplicity of all of the backend stuff you can do with Windows. Who is this for? If you want a purely plug and play experience with no tinkering whatsoever, I'd probably recommend the Steam Deck. If you want to be able to have full control over your system and not have to deal with Linux and the quirks that come with it and have better performance than the Steam Deck, this should be your pick. Pros: Armoury Crate software gives it a more console like experience similar to SteamOS, better performance, Windows 11 simplicity of use, better screen, in my personal opinion better controls, higher quality materials used in construction, RGB if that's your thing, wonderful buttons and sticks, very lightweight and not quite as bulky as the Steam Deck. Cons: Lesser battery life (you can upgrade this though), some upfront Windows tinkering if you want the most performance, wish it came in black as well (looking at you ROG Ally X).

Have no complaints. Bought this a year ago and still works like new.

This is the coolest mini pc I have ever used. I have like 5 gaming pcs, including multiple 4080s, 4070, etc...and I spend more time on this thing now than any of them LOL. It's just so FUN, I dont know how to explain it. Works great on a plane. I didn't realize just how many games are really optimized for this kind of form factor and control. I've been such a pc maniac. I literally played Dragon Age 100% on this device to the end and I was bored playing it on my 4080 pc with a 42 inch oled screen. I guess bigger is not better, and sometimes form factor really makes a game, strangely. My only negative is the battery doesn't last very long, but you heard that already from other reviews. I mostly play plugged in, even on planes, with no issue.

Amazing device. Handles more games than the steam Steam deck. Only issue is the glitch in the start screen where it stops letting you type in your password. Had to go into accessibility options to get a keyboard to show up. Otherwise, I love it. The screen size is perfect and it fits in my hands well.

Was playing modded black ops 3 zombies at full 1080p at the same speeds as the series x and at 80% resolution I got 120 fps , absolutely cooked no reason it should run this well but it does

Still working with it to figure out things I know its bulkier than some but has some great functionality like the logitech g cloud and weighs quite a bit more than the nintendo switch console light and oled not sure on switch 2. Anxious to see how it compares to the asus rog ally x and playstation portal and it is lighter than a laptop not sure maybe the same.

Build in window 11 and can play steam on. Even can play other than stream os. But remember some games must had keyboard and mouse also game controller if need to even can hook to hdmi for television to play. Some game not fit this hand handle . Remember Con is battery short life hours to play. Can replace battery aftermarket to get extra hours to play it. But plug in and play too. However nice product.

Me la acabo de comprar y llego sellada sin abrir 10/10 y en mi uso si sirve tanto como para juegos AAA como Battlefield 6 y juegos VR y si piensan que es un comentario bot puedes comprobarlo en mi Canal de Youtube como Fralast Dia que recibi el producto 6 de diciembre 2025 y llego super rapido

Llegó todo sellado correctamente. Sin ningún problema en caja y consola. Cargador, manual y garantía. No faltaba nada. En cuanto la portatil es lo que se espera de una Rog Ally portátil. Desde emuladores (ps1 hasta NS) hasta algunos AAA con algunos ajustes los corre sin problemas, los juegos Indies van de lujo. Una buena adquisición en 2025 si no puedes esperar a la Rog Ally de Xbox de fin de año.

Llegó con la caja abierta y la consola usada y sucia, a pesar de que cuando la ordené decía que el producto era nuevo, tiene señales de uso como rayones, suciedad y además llegó defectuosa, cuando la enciendes no accede a el sistema operativo solamente se queda en la bios, además dice que no reconoce la memoria de almacenamiento, también parece que le quitaron los sellos de la marca y le pusieron otros.
