Had an issue with sunrise and sunset direct light interference causing door sensor interruptions. Found these and gave them a try. Pleasantly surprised by the quality, performance, availability and ease of install of these garage door light beam sensor shields. So far no more issues with sunlight interference and would recommend these for anyone with applicable door light beam sensors which they were designed for.

These fit and work perfectly on my 15 year old chamberlain . My sensors had started to fizzle out and I found these at 10% of the cost my repair guy quoted. Super easy to install -less than 10 minutes- and better than originals. Easy to level the beams, connect easily and good quality. Would buy again.

Arrived as described, fit perfectly and installed easily, effectively blocks sun so sensors allow door to close.

The actual sensors are fine and despite what some other reviews are saying, they were wired correctly, needing no fiddling with it. The only problem were the mounts. They work but there is no adjustment for the distance from the wall, only on the aiming of the sensors. Because of that, I had to add a 2x4 block so they would extend out to clear the track. Something I had not planned or wanted to do after a major renovation.
