Condensation in packages. Not very effective as thickener.
Would do zero stars if I could. We bought two three packs. Put four of them in a large dry container. A week later we see significant condensation in the container. Had to freeze the entire batch to keep it from molding. The other two packages (never opened) also have condensation inside. Why? I guess they're serious about their product being "hydrated." Checked the package and notice that the packaging does say "hydrated tapioca flour." In small print. Doesn't say that on the package we see here on the web page. No mention of the product being flour. Deceptive. We don't want tapioca flour. Also, product doesn't work well as a thickener, which is why we use tapioca. My wife is an expert pie maker. She keeps upping the amount of this product added to her pies, but they're always still soupy.
