This book is very informative and well written for the empowered woman, instructing this woman in the essentials of protection, aura repair and distance healing. I enjoyed it very much!

what can anyone say it is a BOOK you have no right to demand how many words to write. becauseof that demand i usually wont write anything why do you need so many statements ITS GOOD SHOULDBE FINE PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO ANSWE THESE QUESTIONS

The media could not be loaded.  Due to sample readings, I know the book is going to be great but disappointed with the paper envelope that they stuck my books into all together and they got bent, but otherwise a great product.

As a Reiki Master I am already familiar with Diane's books, this is a great tool. Wonderful.

A MUST if you are studying the art of Reiki. This woman has it all together.

The author gives an introduction to several subjects, including but not limited to chakras, Spirit Guides, crystals, soul retrieval, etc. While comprehensive, her writing style is constrained and the content is, well, far fetched. It's obvious that she is a feminist and wrote this book solely for other women. I'm alright with that notion except she seems to introduce an anti-male bias into every chapter and at some point her emotional baggage overpowers the information she tries to convey. For instance, in one chapter she explains how she just knew she must have been sexually abused as a child. Since she hadn't been, memories never surfaced. Disillusioned, she conveniently 'went back' to a previous life to uncover an incident to justify her present-day anti-male sentiment. Hmmm. In the Crystal Healing chapter she takes credit for awakening the healing power of ALL crystals on planet Earth. The added disclosure that she has alien guides with 'egg-shaped heads and large round eyes' from a university on Jupiter gives another clue to her personality. If you are able to ignore the blatant sexism and the brilliant nonsense or agree with them then this is a book for you. For me, however, I won't buy another Diane Stein book. Instead, I'll seek out grounded individuals. Ones who teach in a supportive & loving way that are inclusive and not exclusive of ANY group of humanity.

I bought this as a gift for my Reiki Master Teacher and she is in love with it.

L'ouvrage est interessant, il aurait mérité une quatrième étoile si l'auteur ne s'adressait pas à ses lecteurs au féminin... C'est un peu irritant.

A book to work with and get results. Stein's conversational writing style makes it easy to integrate vital information without going into overload. An excellent self-help handbook.
