Nice, but very sweet.
Perhaps I'm just sensitive to sugar, but this seems much sweeter than typical hot chocolate. Then again, maybe that's how mexican hot chocolate is supposed to be. I weighed the dosing to make sure I had it right, but I'll try adjusting the amount and perhaps cut in some cacao powder. Adding rum was a pleasant addition.The paper bag shown is also wrapped in a plastic bag when shipped to catch leaking powder. Dosing is 1 oz per cup of milk.

it's good but too sweet
it's good but too sweet. most of the hot cocoas i've bought here were not as sweet. i've taken to adding cocoa powder just to make it not as sweet. it does taste good.

THE BEST
The BEST! I grew up in California drinking Pannikin coffee and this was one of my favorite drinks, both for Hot Chocolate and Mexican Mochas. Now I can have it sent to me in Florida and get the a comfort of home! The chocolate is lovely and it has a spicey flavor of cinnamon. Very very unique

Decent product.
I am giving this a 3 star review. It is because I am not a big fan of the flavor. It was packed properly and it was fresh. I just didn't like the flavor.

I like to add one or two shots of espresso
I like to add one or two shots of espresso. As good as any $5.00 cup. Been buying this product over 20 years. Best and easiest Mexican hot chocolate.
