These hinges are a great value. They aren’t brass obviously and can’t compare to say Brusso hinges, but they can’t be beaten for the price.

Appear well made, screws might be a little lite. Plan on a generous pilot hole if using in hardwood. Overall, a good investment.

These are way too small to use for any jewelry box of a decent size. I ended up buying 2 hinges at my local hardware store 1 1\4" long. Description pic is deceiving .

I like these brass hinges. I’m so glad they come with their own independent screws. I know that you can use them for jewelry cases and wooden boxes but I’ve been using them for my junk journal. These are great. They’re perfect if you want to work with Chip board or even cardboard. I’ve been using them on card stock no problem whatsoever. These are perfect for junk journaling. I absolutely love them. They’re very durable and I don’t see them breaking anytime soon. They are a little pricey, considering how small they are and you get four so that’s definitely something to consider. Overall, they’re very functional and work with a variety of things.

I ordered this product before and it was sufficient for me. I needed small brass hinges that were not cheap and thin. I needed additional ones and selected " but again " This order was a different product, similar but not what I ordered the first time. Extremely thin, cheap junk. They apparently figured that this product was close enough. WEAK....
