Removable Front License Plate Bracket fits 2015-2018 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 and GT350R

I searched around for a while to figure out the best option so I didn't have to touch anything on the front of my GT350. This was definitely the best option out there. I had my dealer install it while I watched. It went on really easily. The install probably took less than 5 minutes, took more time getting it up on the lift than anything else. Anyway, works great! It does lower the clearance of your vehicle, but in my opinion I'd rather hit this plate first than anything else on my car.

Had to take it to a self service garage to install. The extension didn't seem very solid, it was not firm at all. It also makes the clearance even lower. Anyways it worked for me for sometime until I accentually scratched the front bumper again and the receiver completely came off. I didn't know this at the time and only found out the next time I tried to insert the plate. Only the steel base was attached to the car. I was luck I didn't have the license plate attached at the time otherwise might get other damage to the bottom of the car.

Because the fixation is far from the plate, that is why the plate is wobble.

The front holes in the underside of the splitter in which you're supposed to be able to use the supplied screws are far too big.

The bracket, when installed on your car, moves around a lot. I wouldn't think there would be as much play in it as there is. I imagine this could become an issue at higher speed. Installation was easy although the instructions were poor.

I pulled in a driveway that had a “lip” on it and it caught the receiver portion of the bracket and broke off. It is a great idea just be very careful when driving into a driveway!
