Not sure whats more pathetic, their product or their service.
It only worked once. 2nd time it stopped working. Plus the after sales service is pathetic. They said to send it to repair coz it was in warranty, I sent it thru courier to their address & they didn’t accept the product and sent it back to me as it is. Now they are saying we didn’t send, courier didn’t come only, we cannot do anything. I’m doing 100s of calls. No response, just automated msg. Pls don’t buy this product at all.
