Excellent tool to teach relaxation techniques
Excellent tool to teach relaxation techniques. I used the video years ago at work to teach patients. My favorite technique is meditation to help me fall asleep at night.

Very relaxing
I love listening to this before I fall asleep. When I feel stressed at work I listen to the guided exercises. I love the non-narriated versions to sleep to.
