About the Author Sonya is an holistic consultant, artist and mother whose goal is to create ways for people to cultivate a better connection between their authentic selves and others in this busy world. She combines wisdom from her holistic training and people development background to break through ‘the dust of every day life’ and bring you interactive ways to enlighten any type of gathering. Sonya worked at Astrazeneca Pharmaceuticals for 10 years in various people development roles until 2007 when she retrained as an holistic therapist. Today she offers a variety of personal healing and transformation therapies, from Reiki, to MBTI® coaching and therapeutic art tuition through Bristol Reiki Healing Arts.
