Mitel Cordless (DECT) Headset and Module Bundle - 50005712 - Use with Mitel 5330, 5340 and 5360 Phones - Complete Bundle with All Accessories -

Between the instructions and some Google skills, got this working 6 months ago, no issues so far. The biggest hurdle that you face: you must pair the headset before the cradle will charge / blink. If only someone said these things elsewhere -_-;;

All boxes were previously opened, this was not stated in the item description. One of the three I ordered had a defective headset which needed to be returned. As far as the product, these are really good headsets although expensive. The range exceeds any other wireless headset (bluetooth or non-bt) I've ever used

Having used a Plantronics headset with my Mitel before, but I find this unit to be more reliable. Usage Using the Plantronics unit my phone would hangup with warning (not a good thing when you are on a call), the Mitel headset is integrated with the Mitel 5340 and the usage is seamless. Call Quality The Mitel headset is as if not better than a traditional headset and after talking to others that I have calls with they never know that I am on a headset, the Plantronics always seemed to get some echo. Range The Mitel headset has incredible range, I can easily walk over 100 ft from my desk and not drop my call. This is large due to the DECT technology which is not impacted my things like cordless phones, wi-fi systems and microwaves. The Plantronics headset was bluetooth and was plagued with the normal Bluetooth limitations; range and interference from other Bluetooth devices.

I really love these headsets. The only problem I've come across with them is that the ear piece sometimes has to be paired after a power outage.

Did not work - a lot of effort to assemble and disappointing result.

These came in exactly as promised and work perfect!

I believe these have been discontinued by Mitel but there are still some floating around and the prices are high, but i am a fan of the headsets that integrate with the phone instead of something standalone per say
