Super easy to clean, stays in place and works like intended! Has lasted a very long time, just needs the occasional wipe down. Color is as marketed and does not fade over time, does not leak or spill over.

Made my life easier

I was nervous about this purchase, but it was totally worth it for us. We transitioned our car to all wet food because she literally never drinks. Ever. So we wanted to give her an extra meal during the day while we're at work. Took her a second to learn how to eat from it. I started by feeding her meals from here without it turned on first so she got used to it. Now she loves it and the little bell pavloved her so she runs to it when it's time to eat. Cleaning is a breeze. Can hand wash or dishwash. I prep her lunch in the morning after I feed her breakfast and wash at night so it's ready for the next day. Literally takes 1 extra minute. It tells me in the app how much she ate and I can "ding" her remotely if I want to cue her to eat more (and I have!) if I'm going to be home late or something (I only feed her lunch in this and hand prep the other 2 meals). Now for the "could be better": The food is cold and she doesn't like cold food. She much prefers her food warm. But the only other feeders on the market that warm have bad reviews saying they questioned safety, and I'm not about that. If they can figure out a warming feature some day, I'm there, but until then, this will do. I don't like that I can only set meals for 4 hours, but I do understand. Also, I don't subscribe to the app and have been satisfied with the features at baseline. I was nervous about this, but I am happy as of this review.

This is the first ever review I have ever written so hopefully this is able to help someone else. I bought this such that I could feed my cats when I am at work and make sure their feeding schedule is steady. I saw several ads for this online, and I thought a 4.3 star review rate was good before buying this product (I thought I did plenty of research). Within just owning this device for one month I have had several issues, and customer support at Pet Libro has not been helpful (I have found better solutions in Reddit posts). Issues that I have had is that 1) the sensors in the feeder sometimes do not sync to the app, so whenever I want to make sure my cats are eating I can't actually check because it doesn't sync properly. 2) I have had issues where the feeder just stopped working during feeding times after following the exact cleaning instructions, since the app sensors do not sometimes sync I didn't realize my cats missed two meals until I finally got a "feeding error", and so I had to call someone to go to my house and feed my poor cats. I have now had to adjust my entire schedule to make sure I am home for at least two meals a day and eat lunch the same time as them so I can head home if needed since this device is not trustworthy. 3) One of the meals I just served had one of the dishes not stop spinning! Apparently other users have had this issue as well, and customer service is not really providing them with any solutions and the best solution at this time is to just have to factory reset your entire device. I am never one to complain but these items cost a pretty penny and I can't even return them. I just feel stressed for every mealtime with my cats not sure if they will be fed or not because the device sometimes decides to not work out of nowhere. Try to find a better alternative for your kitty and save yourself the stress of trying to fix this device by yourself at least twice a week :/

Really appreciate the raised edges on this product. I looked elsewhere for something similar and couldn’t find anything for the longest time so I was very excited to finally find this. My cat’s food station is set up on a small cabinet to keep it up from the dog so this has been great at keeping her crumbs contained and from falling behind the cabinet. Great size as well and doesn’t slip as easily as others I’ve bought

Exactly what I needed. It’s large, thin, flexible, easy to wash, dries quickly. This mat keeps my dog’s food bowl from moving. I have tile floor, the mat stays put. I wash it, let it dry, and roll it up when not in use I bought it used, but it looked brand new and had all of the original packaging. Very happy with this purchase.

This has worked out well. Holds 2.9oz of canned food easily per meal. Limit is 3x/day. Max is leaving feeder open for 4h at a time. You cannot do multiple feedings of the same meal is the downside. Got this for my fatboy on a metabolic diet to keep feeding consistent and food from upsetting his stomach. Food stays nice and cool which is helpful for high humidity places that can breed bacteria and degrade food. Has kept my cat from his routine scarf and barf routine once feeding schedules were dialed in. Spend the time to figure out and calibrate the right feeding for your cat. This is about one days worth of meals. For my cat it is at 5a-9a breakfast. 11a-3p lunch and 6p-10p dinner. This eliminated 90% of barfing begging and all sorts of noise. Having a log of how often the pet visits and how long it feeds each visit is also nice. No need for a camera. That just presents all sorts of other weird security concerns. Put it on a separate IoT network if you have one. Easy setup.

It’s been exactly one month since I bought this, and this has proven to be one of the best purchases I’ve ever gotten for my cat. It’s incredibly easy to program with an app that is phenomenal. It allows you to control not only when the meal starts but also when the meal ends. It also notifies you when it’s time to clean. Cleaning this feeder is very easy, and that’s coming from someone who isn’t a fan of cleaning. It’s just as easy if not easier than hand washing dishes. I have no complaints about this product, but one suggestion. A determined cat is able to fit their paw into the feeder to grab bits of another meal. My suggestion is find some way to prevent this. This is a fantastic product that I will be recommending to friends and family.

We have 2 of these. Unlike other pet feeding mats, this keeps its shape and has a curved side to catch any food/liquids. It looks so neat. I would 1000% recommend this.
