Good with some quirks.
Well, I like these. I usually use Mio but wanted packets to carry with me in Afghanistan. They are fairly lightly flavored which I like. Cant stand it when things are over sweetened or highly concentrated on the flavor. I will buy these again but a couple notes for anyone who hasn't used the. First, they dont turn the water red or whatever color matches flavor like most drink mixes do. I have the tropical ones and the water looks like mop water but it is good Second, box said 3 flavors...every one in my box is tropical. Again, I like the flavor so no issues for me but if you expect 3 flavors this would be disappointing. For the price and purpose I am content but some QC would benefit the company and if there is a safe way to tint the mix to color the water it would be more appealing. BTW. looks grainy when you put in the bottle but a couple of shakes and it mixes exceptionally well.

See if it's as good as plaxas
Have been using plaxas for a while and it helps with weight control this product has the same ingredients so I'm trying it

Okay tasty overall but to sweet
Okay I odereded the varity box it came with Citrus, Tropical and Ruby Lemonade. The best flavor is the tropical it taste pretty good. I can tolerate the citrus and the Ruby Lemonade was disgusting made me gag! They are too sweet however if I mix per the directions. I would only purchase the tropical if I get this again. You can see in the photo it’s kinda of a muddy looking drink when mixed that one was the ruby lemonade that I cannot even drink.

It works for me.
I noticed my appetite is much less for about 3 hours after drinking and I am eating less. The taste is ok. I will re order.

Great pre-workout drink mix
I used to use a different brand, but they are kind of rare to get &they were almost $100 for 90. These were about $28 for i think around 60-90. It tastes a little strange, but they taste a lot better when you are used to them. I will rebuy these again

Delicious!
They’re sooo delicious and keep me full. Mix it with about 16 Oz of water and some greens and there’s lunch!

Questionable diet drink
It does help suppress my appetite as long as I drink at least 3 a day. I haven't lost any weight yet and am almost done with my first box.
