We love this! I'm really glad we purchased this item. By now, I feel like it's a real part of the family! (We mounted it in the entryway of our apartment.)My husband's tastes skew toward the "industrial"; he actually wanted me to find a light fixture for a "smart" LED bulb, so he could exactingly control the look and color and brightness of our entryway. I told him I preferred the look and warmth of an Edison bulb for greeting visitors. (NOW he agrees! At the time, my tech-loving husband did not. See? Sometimes the "old ways" are better.)I'd searched Amazon far-and-wide and had found some feasible combinations of pulleys, brackets, and bulbs, but I settled on this, thinking it was sort of an "all-in-one" solution. It is not. Rather, it is a work of art. The braided cord, the bracket and pulley mechanism, and the cage around the bulb, all work in harmony, in a way we ourselves could never have configured. We are so pleased. My husband is not very handy, but he ably mounted the whole apparatus in our entryway in a matter of minutes, using the provided instructions. (We did plug the lamp into a WeMo, so that my husband can turn the lamp off and on from his phone. Of course.)The light fixture perfectly complements our iron-and-wood entryway bookshelves, and all our visitors remark on how warm and welcoming our home is as they arrive. We never adjust the length of our lamp, but we appreciate that we *could*.I anticipate being a repeat customer, especially if we ever own a house. But even for fellow apartment-dwellers, this is a terrific alternative to a sconce or even to potentially-harsh overhead lighting. In our case, it lent gorgeous lighting in a part of our apartment that previously had none. It's simple enough to really complement a range of interior styles, but it also serves as something as a "statement sconce"—it's the type of lighting that becomes a "conversation piece" among friendsIn short, it's elegant, beautiful, and well-made, and a pleasure to live with. I think others will be pleased.

This is probably the best online item I have ever purchased. This industrial lighting is made when ordered and is excellent, quality merchandise at a reasonable price. I loved the first one I ordered so much, I ordered another and decided to pair them over my fireplace. (See picture. I will replace the current light bulbs with the vintage style bulbs). You can use these fixtures to provide either a lot of light or for ambient lighting.I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Industrial Rewind again.

I bought two of these and love the fact they are custom built by real good ole American family people! I mounted two in my living room and use the Amazon Echo to turn them on and off. Love the ambience, ditched the old LED bright white for these. Absolutely perfect!

Used this as a corner light above s small chair in the living room. Quality is very good. Very nice accent piece.

My experience with this company and purchase was amazing. I wanted something unique for my house and these lights were the right choice. They look beautiful in our bedroom. Everyone who sees them loves them!

I like the lamp, but the description made it sound like you were getting two of them. Was very disappointed to receive one. Plus we had to use a different bulb because the one that we received did not work.

Way overpriced you could basically make this light for about $15, it looks nice but the wheel is not as big as it looks in the picture,
