Explore Your Hunger

Helpful Information
I struggle with food addiction and binge eating. Despite that I noticed, without even trying, I was starting to question why I was eating. Whether it was my belly or my brain asking for food. There are some errors in the grammar but all told I feel the information was important and valid.

Great content
Many new ideas and interesting topics in this book! I really like it and want to recommend it for content. However, it could use a little more editing. There are misspellings and incomplete sentences throughout.

Very recommended
I have read plenty of books on this topic and I believe the authors have done a great job in putting into words things that most of us can relate to. Thank you so much

Take your time to soak up each new idea
This book’s purpose is to help its reader identify true hunger and true fullness, and to recognize why we might be grabbing for that cookie or craving those chips. It succeeds in a way that is relatable, compassionate, and sensible. There is no shaming or blaming or regimented instructions. It’s a tool to fine tune our instincts again, build our esteem around tempting food, and shed bad habits. That’s why there aren’t any recipes. I’ve been recommending it to anyone who will listen. It’s an important read for anyone
