Nordic WareNaturals Eighth Sheet, 2-Pack

I have time in my mornings, but never have much time by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that.There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size for that volume. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What's nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don't even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all.I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don't flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store.I haven't thrown these into the dishwasher (I understand they discolor in the dishwasher), but a few minutes of soaking makes quick work of anything baked on. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that's more than aesthetic.* * I know all toaster ovens are different, but we have the Breville convection oven and 2 of these trays fit perfectly side-by-side.

Classic excellence.. I use these in my Breville Countertop Oven for all sorts of things. They cook very evenly.

Came back looking to buy more, but I see that these have more than doubled in price in the past three years. To my mind, there is no legitimate rationale for that. Similar or the same product is available at your nearby restaurant supply store for little more than it cost three years ago. I will not change my star rating, and I stand by my original review; however this listing now represents poor value for money, and I will not buy it (here) again.Original Review:Not sure how well these would hold up as a baking sheet. Seems a little light but would probably get it done. Also cute to serve burgers on, I would imagine.However, I use mine for stovetop utensil rests. They will easily hold the multiple spoons, spatulas, tongs, small knives, etc. that I tend to have in use while orchestrating things on the stove, keeping all the in-use tools I need to hand, all the while also keeping the stove itself free of assorted goop and glop, and making clean up much, much easier.They themselves rinse off in a second. Quick towel dry and they are ready for the next culinary adventure.Throw out that silly, under-sized, ceramic spoonrest, and level up, fellow cooks. You'll be glad you did.

Toaster oven sized, these are made of heavy aluminum. Multi-purpose usage as serving tray(s), small sized baking tray(s), and deep enough to catch juices from broiling meats and vegetables. Probably the best part is they are still made in the USA. Same as regular 1/8 sheet pan, but cheaper than buying two individual pans.I doubt the small size will warp with the heavy aluminum rolled edges. Not sure about the "life time warranty" as listed in the description, as the package labeling clearly says 5 year warranty. I fully expect to get more than five years use, but I'm not concerned. There are clear usage and cleaning instructions inside the label, so don't come whining here when they get all discolored and pitted after you put them in the automatic dishwasher when you didn't bother to read the label. Just don't do it.
