Move Your IPOD Music to ANY Computer, EFFORTLESSLY!
This little gizmo is the easiest device in the world to use. Say you want to reformat your hard drive and you have an Itunes library full of music. Yes, you could back it up and then try one of many confusing, buggy softwares that are on the market that are supposed to put your music back into a new, empty Itunes library. Why bother? Plug this device into your Ipod, the other end into any computer that has Itunes software loaded on it and you can download your Ipod's entire music, video, pics, etc., to your new, empty Itunes library. VOILA! Couldn't be easier. One bit of advise: you need 15MBs of free space on the Ipod for this device to work correctly--it has to have a place to load the program.

Not ready to use out of the box
I recieved the click free and tried it on 3 different computers and 3 different ipods and could not get it to work. After several tries (not waiting more than 3 minutes)and getting someone on the phone who was obviously not very well versed in the product, then passed on to a supervisor, I was told that the software was not current and sent to a password protected site to download the current version.I was also told that the transformer does not work with non Intel Macs, even though it was not mentioned any place else.Why would you keep software upgrades secret and unavailable without tech assistance?When I finally did get the transformer to work it was on only one of the computers.Not a great experience.

Having appreciated a speedy arrival of the item first I was hugely disappointed as the item never worked- there should be a box for "zero stars" category.I still have it and wish someone told me what to do with it,but at this point it could only be converted to a key chain or a bracelet, ha,ha,ha…

Works as intended.
Purchased a used iPod that had music on it I desired to keep and this worked like a charm. Followed the instruction and added a few hundred songs to my library for free.

Antiquated legacy device
This thing does not work with the latest version of itunes nor WIN 7. The seller expects me to pay for postage back and the company itself has given me step after step to follow with no solution even aproached on the matter. This product was stellar in 2010 when I first purchased it, but as of late it's not worth the time nor expense.

very unhappy not with the service but with the produce
I have try to use it this product, but unfortunately i haven't been able to use it.. my computer crash and i have lost all my music in the computer, i don't want to spend hours trying to put all the music back in the computer.. i had aprox 10,000 songs in there.. what can i said i like music..I wish it was something better to save the music from the iPod to my computer..thanksrick
