Sprouted well.
These seeds sprouted better than any Bermuda seeds I have used. Unfortunately I could not find out the variety of Bermuda they are. That information should be available.

Just put grass seed in spreader and to the yard where you want it.

Seeds sprouted in 2 days
Following instructions is key. Having poor soil I doubted this would grow. Taking one yard section at a time, lots of water attention, little start up fertilizer and I have a crop of baby grass. We’reNot cutting for 4 weeks, then hoping for a mild winter. ‘Hulled’ seeds sprout faster.
