Wing Chun

This is a good book to have if you practice Wing Chun and train with a wooden dummy. The photos show proper structure and it helps you understand how and why you are doing each move. Nothing replaces a good instructor but this book will help and is a great way to review if you're training at home.

I am a 72 year old male, and I really believe that the words/images in this text are meant for both men and women, boys and girls who want to be secure. There is one heck of a lot of wisdom in these pages, and I feel privileged to have found it even at my age. Thanks Mr. Kwok and Mr. Massengill.
