This is a great book for yourself and to gift. It's a good reminder that hugs are a must for good health.When it first came out, a magazine made a sheet of all the hugs that you could post.Wish the book came with it. I t would be great to frame.

This book is relevant to young and old. The message is clear and brilliantly simple - we all need to connect, to feel secure, to feel that we belong and to feel loved. All that can be expressed in one simple hug.

I would recommend this little big book to anyone who has to present a short program over coffee at a nursing home, at meetings when a short program is called for. It's as long as you want it to be and audiance participation will bring laughs.

This was a replacement for the same book that seems to have disappeared from my collection. I just had to have it on my bookshelf again and that is the reason that I re-ordered it.

Gave this great little book to my church pastor and he loved it. I learned a lot from it too.
