The best shoulder brace I've ever used
I have impinged shoulder syndrome or frozen shoulder and have tried several other braces that haven't really helped with my pain very much. I was specifically looking for one that included hot or cold treatment and this one caught my eye because it not only has the hot/cold gel pack, it also has adjustable compression that really helps keep my shoulder feeling secure and keeps the hot pack right where I need it. I am also very thrifty (cheap:) and this is the best price I found for all the features I wanted. This really is an excellent brace that feels very well designed and built with top line materials. It competes with braces costing twice as much.

Works Great - Fits perfectly
Fully Adjustable - Easy to put on - the heat pack heats in the microwave and slides in easily and even when I'm not using the heat it provides a nice cushion on the shoulder to stabilize the wrap. As advertised & ideal for my pulled shoulder muscle problem

Great Help For Shoulder Pain
The brace has helped my shoulder pain a lot. The only thing I would recommend is showing pictures on how to put on the brace. I figured it out but was a little difficult.

Damm hot
Gave it two so far because have wore it only once so far. Fit ok, but I followed the suggestion of warming it up for 40 seconds and it ended up burning my shoulder. Ended up with bubble blister and has left SCAR! So, I recommend maybe 30 seconds? Will eventually try again, and the reavalue this product.

Heating pad gel leaked out in microwave
The heating pad which came with the shoulder brace leaked out all in the microwave within 40 seconds ....Haven’t tried the brace yetSo disappointing
