It works ok, I guess.- after less than 15 times of use, it died.
This is my 2nd bread machine. I usually use Bosch mixer and bake bread in the oven but sometimes, I need bread in the morning for packing lunch so After researching, I chose this one.I have used only for white bread so far with different loaf size and recipes. When I choose 2lb, the bread rise up so high that the handle become buried. I could not lift up the pan with the handle. It was very tricky to get the bread pan out of the machine. So I now do only 1.5 lb loaf.I followed a recipe from their website and it turned out ok. After using several times, I realized that the crust was always so hard, like rock hard. I always set up light color setting. I used to have a toast master bread machine and when the bread was done, I put the loaf in a huge pot and leave it for about 5 min then outside crust became perfect to make sandwiches, or just to eat plain.I did the same trick but no matter what I do, the crust came out pretty hard. It is light color but the texture is VERY hard.Majority of bread machines have this weird shape of loaf and this one is the same. After cutting off hard crust, there is not much left to eat and it rises kind of irregular so the bottom is a bit more dense than upper part.I read all 5 star ratings before I purchased this machine but now I am thinking I should have chosen the other one(westbend high rise bread maker).Update: So after 4years, it died. I did not use a lot. Probably less than 15 times for last 4 years since it did not make good bread. I was going to try dough cycle today( April, 2020) and the motor made only sound and it did not move the blade. What a waste of money. It hasn’t been great anyway so It went straight to trash. I will never buy this brand again.

Easy to use and doesn't over cook the sides and bottom.
This Kuissential 2 lb. bread maker seems to be well made, easy to use, does a good job at making delicious home made bread. I've tried many makes of bread machines over the past couple of decades, i.e. Panasonic, Cuisinart, West Bend (twice), and now this Kuissential. I've used the Kuissential now for about a month, and I think it has been making the best bread loaves so far. The loaves from the Kuissential machine have not been overbaked, like I used to get from the other machines. I like this machine a lot. The set-up screen is easy to view, has something like 11 or 12 pre-programmed cycles for various kinds or type of bread. I has the ability for the owner to program their own setting if you don't like the built-in programs. I have only used 2 of the built-in programs so far. My wife says she likes my recipe for a white/whole wheat/10 grain cereal bread recipe, and doesn't want to try anything else. So I haven't tried the fruit & nut timed dispenser either. This is a single paddle bucket, which I was a little hesitant in getting, since I've always had the dual paddle machines before. But, this machine does a good job and I'm pleased. One thing I noticed, this is not a complaint just a observation, the machine seems to labor a bit through the 1st knead sequence. But after that I don't sense it laboring. I haven't notice that the machine is too noisy, but it's not quiet either. You can't talk on the phone while standing right next to it, so I don't. So based on my experience for with this machine, I would purchasing this bread machine again.

Functions well but you can't replace drive belt
This was my 3rd breadmaker I owned over the years. I gave this one 3 stars. Read on.Here's the good:Works well and makes excellent bread.Company has good customer service and honors the 2 year warranty. Here's the bad:The drive belt on mine broke 3 months before the warranty was up.The company replaced it with a new breadmaker. Great. Some breadmakers have a easily accessible belt but this one does not. However, you can do it.The bad thing is you cannot find a replacement belt. Kuissential doesn't sell them and they are not to be found anywhere. It is an odd size belt. So if the belt snaps after 2 years (and it will) you are out of luck. You have to buy a new breadmaker. That's not good at all.It is possible to replace the belt yourself if you don't mind taking the breadmaker apart. The belt is only accessible by almost completely disassembling the unit but it is not too hard. Just remove the screws inside. Some breadmakers have a easily accessible belt but this one does not. That's not a deal killer though. The deal killer is not being able to get a replacement belt.Because of this I would never buy this breadmaker again. I would only buy a breadmaker that has aftermarket belts available. If you have owned a breadmaker you know the drive belt very often breaks. After awhile it wears out and snaps. So now I have my replacement breadmaker from Kuissentuial which will hopefully last longer than the first one. However, if the belt breaks I will have to buy a new one and it won't be Kuissential which is unfortunate because it makes great bread.
