These are very easy to install and the result is better than expected. Use a small flat tip screwdriver, and pry the old light out at the small seam that will be towards the front of the vehicle when the door is open. Once the unit pops out, disconnect it from the wires, connect the supplied wires to the new unit, then the supplied wires to the door wires now hanging with no connection (connections are obvious and don't worry about which color goes where...universal), then press the unit back in place by slipping the end facing the car's rear in first, then applying force to push in the other end. Done! Wait until dark, open your door and be impressed!

Great for the price but they don't have good longevity
These work great and install fast and easy. In the past I would have to change them out once a year. The light works great but the thin film that it projects through looses its integrity and the colors quickly become muted and dull. Hopefully this pair is better Our BMW is just over 2 years old now and this is my 3rd set.

Sooo cool!!!
Love the output display , this was an easy install (after watching utube tutorials) , l loved them sooo much I ordered a 2nd set for the rear doors.
