Soendgen Ceramic Flower Pot, Basel Full Colour, Clay, Bordeaux, 21 x 21 x 20 cm

I ordered three of the plant pots but unfortunately one had been shattered in transit. I reported this and a replacement arrived on the following day. The pots are beautiful and the exact size required. I had read in another review that the pots were heavy an unmanageable. I am 81 years old and disabled and I have had no problem. I am well pleased with the product and the quality of the service.

I've bought a number of these pots in various sizes. The very high quality is the same with each pot regardless of size. The colours match exactly regardless of size, which when I've now got 5 pots at 2 different sizes is fantastic.From order to delivery (Germany/Poland to Scotland) averages three to four days.One pot was damaged in transit, but collected and refunded the next day.

Exactly as described on the website, really lovely dark red, not heavy which is what I wanted and certainly a quality item.Arrived in very good condition, well packaged and quicker than the estimated time given for delivery. If I ever have need of another of these flower pots I would not hesitate to revisit this seller. Many thanks.

Really nice pot. There only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it came with a small chip.

I’ll admit I never write reviews for purchases but it’s the first place I go to when I’m looking to buy something to see others opinions on quality/delivery etc.I struggled to fine many for this plant pot & images so thought I’d help others out if they’re thinking of buying one.I was dubious given numerous people had said they had arrived damaged but had struggled to find a pot I liked for an indoor acacia big enough. This arrived & is absolutely perfect! The quality is excellent & it looks more expensive than it is (always good!), the price is much cheaper than many others I could find on other websites & the size is good for an established indoor palm. It arrived well packaged with lots of bubble wrap & brown paper to protect it in transit & it fits in the living room perfectly with the other similar looking plant pots. Overall extremely pleased with it all round & looking to purchase more for other indoor plants.

Delighted with one of the two ordered. The second one was broken in several pieces. I am awaiting a collection as being disabled and unable to walk, I cannot physically carry the rather large, heavy box to one of your pick up points. This was over a month ago and am still awaiting a reply as to what to do and to get my money back for the broken one. Please collect as I am sick of this large box taking up room in my home. It might as well be thrown away as it’s no use to anyone.

I was looking for a plant pot that is not too big, but also not too small and that looks nice.With this one I feel I have made the perfect choice. In addition to that it came very fast and unbroken, so it's amazing! Would always buy one again when I have more plants ^^

Nice pot but arrived damaged. Second pot arrived smashed to bits. Both pots were Poorly packaged with no fragile label. I will not be ordering again.
