Purchased these for our 5th wheel. We renovated it and our new light fixtures require regular bulbs. These are perfect because they will run on just the battery.

Purchased these lights to run directly off a 12v battery bank to eliminate the need for an inverter. However, once I added a Bayite meter to my system I noticed my power draw was only 48w for 10 lights being on. I figured it might be due to long wire length but after checking the farthest bulb sockets voltage i found only a 0.3V drop. So I questioned the Bayite meter. Only way to test it was to pull out the multimeter and start testing...I took a standard socket and put one of the 7w rated bulbs in the socket. I then used roughly 2 feet of 12 ga solid copper THHN wire to connect the negative terminal directly to my battery banks negative. I then completed the circuit using my multimeter in Amp mode to measure the current. Despite checking the battery voltage prior to this and it being 12.7 v the amp reading was only 0.38 when the light came on. This equates to 4.83w. This matches what i was seeing when all 10 lights were on.Considering how expensive these are I would completely avoid this product. I will be looking to return all 12 bulbs I have purchased.

Very impressed by the brightness of these bulbs for the size of them.

Mine fit fine, worked good and were surprisingly bright.
