Would this fix a crack in a plastic/vinyl doll?

Usually plastic model cement will only glue plastic models. I've never had any success gluing anything else with it. Epoxy?

I do not think so. This glue is primarily for plastic to plastic, such as models, though you could try. You might look into Woodland Scenics "Scenic Cement".

Is this reusable? Many glues never work a second time because of the lids.

I was under the impression that it was not a single use product. You might call the manufacturer. I'm pretty sure I have used several times in the past when I had one open but I can't recall.
