Works well but....
After placing this product in the microwave, the smell is somewhat overwhelming. I can't place what it smell like but, it is far from pleasurable.

Perfectly serviceable
Works exactly as intended. Dropped a star because it smelled absolutely terrible out of the box and required a rather thorough cleaning.

Does not stay cold for long
Unfortunately, this item did not hold up for us. It was very comfortable, but did not stay cold enough to do what it's meant to do. Also, it's kind of a pain to have to put it in the freezer only 2-3 hours before use. I did not think there would be a limit on freezer-time.

Decription is Accurate
I use it for heat and it's nice because it is longer than my last wrap. When heated it smells like tea leaves, not a strong odor or obnoxious.
