Frame adjusts 2 ways: to a height of 79" and a multitude of angles. Trainer can be used upright or on its side. The angle of the frame determines the angle at which the ball returns. The elastic webbed net attaches by bungies to allow for superior rebounding. These rebounders fold flat for storrage and transportation. Shipped fully assembled.

Goal Cross Trainer Rebounder nice product.
Very nice product and came mostly assembled. Had a question about something and got a prompt responce from Goal and an offer to replace the rebounder if I wasn't satsfied. It only weighs about 35 pounds so the 9 year old who uses it can manage to move and set it up. Very pleased with the quality of the product and with Goal's customer service.
