At this price, I don't mind it.
The price is about as good as you'll find for this particular brand. The combination of pork and ham really does improve the taste and, when it's cooked, the firmness. It's high-fat, so it's good to fry a couple chunks in a pan and follow up with an egg or two.This is my first foray into non-American luncheon meats. I am not the expert.
