My daughter pitches in 12U. We go to an instructor who regularly uses this in lesson. We got one to use at home. It helps my daughter work on driving off the mound. We have noticed an increase in speed after using this for a few weeks. I would check with a coach or instructor (or youtube) for proper use, but it really has improved my daughter's pitching.

For the price it is hard to be too critical of the device. I have used it with my daughter (13) for both pitching and hitting drills. Took me and her pitching coach a while to determine the best use of the device. Going through her throwing motion without a ball and feeling the "fall-forward" that this help amplify seamed to be the best approach for her. Coach liked it enough to add one to her bag. For hitting, gave good feedback to teach driving off the back foot a bit more for my daughter who is a fairly good hitter to begin with but needs to focus on her hip slap and leg drive for more power. We will see if this does anything for her brother who still dances in the box. Only issue I have is due to the overall size, removing it from the drills required a learned adjustment. Common issue I have with a lot of the products on the market trying to enforce certain specific movements.

A cheap way to lighten the toe drag and gain speed to explode off the pitching rubber with the right knee and foot.

Great little product. My daughter uses it when she pitch practices keeps her push of foot in line thru her foot drag.

Exactly as advertised. Arrived quickly as well. My daughter puts it under her plant foot to learn to push off better when pitching for softball.

My daughter uses this to help push off while practicing her pitching since we don’t have a mound at home.
