High Protein Maintenance / Phase 3 Food Sampler Pack

The items I received were melted and smashed. They were also out of date which I only noticed after I tried a bar that was ok but grainy and messy.

Not sure if all of these items are good on phase 3 maintenance but after missing yummy food for a while, these yummy snacks hit the spot. Gave some much needed crunch and the sweetness that you have been missing while losing weight. Great product and tastes very good.

HCG USERS BEWARE! This package of goods was advertised as being hCG phase 3 approved. Yet when the items arrive and I read through all of the ingredients there is sugar and starch in the majority of the items particularly the snack items I was most interested in for travel etc. Completely False Advertising, AND no returns/refunds allowed?! Wow.

I should have read the title better - but I was confused, eager, tired, hungry and a little spun out after 40 days of HCG phase 2.These foods are 99% Phase 4, not Phase 3 as advertised. Most are loaded with sugar and starch which is a no-no, so they have to go into the back of the cupboard for at least another 3 weeks.I was really frustrated as I got these as they said "Phase 3" and I have a business trip next week thinking I could eat some protein bars etc to keep my calorie intake up while stuck in day long meetings, but no.Also - as another reviewer mentioned, these are rather generic. There are a lot of white blank wrappers and a photocopied piece of paper with all of the nutritional lists of food on it, you have to go look up what you want to eat and see if you're hosed on the sugar/starch front. Its not what the photo looks like or how I imagined this to be. Its almost as bad as nutrisystem - lots of pouches of powders that you thought were going to be more substantial foods/snacks.

I wanted to try a variety of foods without having to buy a huge box of any one food, only to find out I didn't like it. I'd prefer less focus on bars and shakes, but this was a nice variety.Some are in "generic" packages because they're parted out from a bigger box; there's a list of what's what along with the nutritional data included.An important note: none of the items in this sampler are available on Amazon by themselves. The company only has spices and salad dressings listed.That's a shame; the mug cake is pretty good.

This has the right amount of sweets and treats in portioned sizes to give me a little indulgence after completing my recent HCG diet.
