One of two units worked
I purchased a two-pack of these sonic repellers, and have had them in place for about 10 days. It appears that rodent activity has stopped as of now. The reason for the two star rating is that only one of the two units emits a tone. When I plugged the power supply (top) into the sound device (bottom stake), I heard a slight buzz. However, the unit does not work. I emailed the seller and he said that he would refund my purchase price but I have not heard any more from him.

Works great but Loud
This might be a great product for moles in a large backyard away from the home but I live in a ground floor condo with trees and bushes outside my patio and the product is loud. It’s about 10 feet from my window and every 15 seconds you here a vibrating buzz and at night, even in LA it’s loud.

These work well!
These work GREAT! I bought a set of them recently and I have already noticed a huge improvement in my front lawn. We were typically seeing 3 to 4 mole hills and haven’t seen any since installing these! Also, a side note, they seem to work on snakes as well - I haven’t seen any in our yard since we put them in. I will order another set for my backyard since they work so well!

Doesn't seem to have an effect
I purchased these to repel voles in a specific spot in the yard. No change. The voles still there and made a new hole within 2 feet of this device. I guess I am left to fight them with moth balls.

DON'T BUY! Terrible quality.
Ordered two, one arrived dead.Opened up the dead unit to reveal the ultra thin wiring with some of the worst soldering and splicing I've ever seen. There is no weatherproofing at all - water and moisture will penetrate and will make short work of the internal components.I don't expect for the one good unit to last very long.What a waste! DON'T BUY!

Nice noise maker
I got this for the squirrels that are nest building in the covered gutter, they had two bags of leaves in there. Works greatbut will keep you up at night, so I connected a wire in the line with a switch to turn it on at daylight. Sounds like a fog horn at the bay.

Mole getter
If they all worked when installed, they would be a great product value; however, only two of the four actually buzzed!I am revising my stars down to one (I’d rather it be a half), since a third one quit working - only three months old!!!Another brand bought two months ago and still working great.

Very cheap quality and too expensive.
These have been working but they are not weather sealed at all. Both are basically broken and I’ve had them for a little more then a month.I only needed one so that what I had out and that one, the insides got soaked. So I had to replaced it with the other one which I tried to weather seal my self but it’s just a poor design. Don’t buy it. Waste of money.
