Grippine Universal Clipless Pedal Platform Adapters

This would be a great $10 product, not so much when it's $40. I purchased these to put on my Dahon Classic V, from the early 90's which has a slightly unusual pedal design. While the pedal covers provided additional foot grip as expected, and I suspect that they would work well on a more traditional bicycle, the space between the crank and the pedal platform was too narrow for this, and the silicone ended up ripping within a week.

I bought these because I kept bruising my ankles with the spikes on my pedals. They're effective, but they're insanely overpriced. It's 40 bucks for just standard pieces of rubber. They're taking advantage.

I kept it classy with black and they are just what I needed. My feet were slipping off the pedals of my new bike at the worst of times and this has solved the problem. Affordable ($10.75 when I bought them), quality product (thick rubber) that was surprisingly easy to stretch onto the pedal. They also somewhat allow for the reflectors on the pedal to show through.

They work well to cover the pedals on my daughters' bikes so they don't get cut when walking their bikes.

Broke 3 months after purchase. Defective and overpriced.

My 80+ year old father was getting bad bruises on his shins from the bike pedals hitting when he came to a stop. I bought these to protect his shins and he LOVES them. NO more bruises! They were a little hard to pull on but are made well and didn't rip or break.
