What is a quick and easy way to properly maintain your pool water ? so that you can enjoy your safety and clean water for entertainment ? Yukysa Pool & Spa water test strips can help you easily . It can help you make analyze 6 kinds chemical factors of water quality: total Chlorine, free chlorine/bromine, pH, total alkalinity, cyanuric acid, total hardness at one time. 1.Total Chlorine: Having too little chlorine means your pool will be unsanitary, will develop algae and be unsafe for you to swim in. 2.Bromine: Low levels can cause pool to become dirty and unpleasant. High levels causes long term damage to pool & equipment. 3.Free Chlorine: Having too much chlorine causes skin and eye irritation due to it causing pH to rise. 4.PH: Low pH results in skin & eye irritation and a high pH causes long term damage to your pool and equipment. 5.Total Alkalinity: Low or high alkalinity levels will result in your pool’ pH levels fluctuating making it harder to maintain. 6.Total Hardness: Very hard water will turn pool water cloudy and too soft water will cause damage to pool & equipment. Important tips: - Store in a cool dry place to ensure freshness and longevity of strips. - Also to ensure freshness, when you take out a strip, put the lid back on properly.

I would not buy these test strips again
My two major complaints are that the colors run in to the other test squares on the strip (see photo) and the font size text on the bottle (I assume a 6point - see photo) are so small that even though I have fair/good eyesight I need to get reading glasses. Both of these problems are no starters. Yes, I bought these because they were cheaper than the Lamotte Insta-test 5 Strips. My bad. I will pay the difference and get the much better Lamotte next time.

Not very accurate.
Not accurate compared to a test kit, not even close on the Cyanuric Acid and Total hardness tests, both come in as very high when other (USA) strips and liquid tests have them within the good range. Understates chlorine test. Is accurate on PH. I guess one out of six isn't all that bad.

Hardness results difficult to read
I got these to test hardness levels in our washer water, but the blue to purple scale for hardness is so slight that it is difficult to tell exactly where we fall. I know we're not 1000 and I know we're not 0, but I'm really not sure what our reading is. I'm going to have to order a different brand with a more distinctive color scale.

test strips work as intended
The test strips work as intended but seem a bit lower in quality compared to some of the other brands. The coloring drips and smears a little if you are not careful. However, I would continue to purchase.

unreliable
Have owned a spa for many years. These strips don't provide clear info on the status of your water as the color pads leak color all over and are not distinctive to tell what is the water color. Plus the strip has no bare part for holding your finger without touching the first pad. The only thing I liked was the packing as they individually seal a group of strips separately - hence 1 star.PS. The exp. date was Ok but still did not work.

Eh
Awful. Trust the reviews. You can use a varietal of samples of the same water and 1 after the next will show different readings, even if taken seconds apart. Inaccurate. 1-2 categories will be correct but more often than not they’re unreliable and will only cost you more money in remedies of pool chemicals or will throw off the accuracy of your care and waste your time one way or another. Long story short, but better strips with better reviews. Also pool chemicals are no joke, not something to play around with bad strips and high hopes.

Good product
These seem to work just as any other test strips. As far as accuracy, not sure as I have not checked against any other strips. Easy to read and use.
