It has been only about 1 week, but so far, so good! These are well made, seemingly durable, easy to hang, and setup the solar panel. They come on at dark, and stay on all night, until the battery is drained. They have other settings', like on/off, etc. But the on at dark, on all night is what I wanted.They are the perfect brightness for us. They are bright enough to see well at night. But not glaringly bright like so many I have seen. We have then outside, just above our firepit sitting area and stream. There are rock steps, and chair legs galore in our sitting area and you can see them all clearly. The light enhances the ambiance without blinding you whatsoever. You can stare at them directly without any effect to your vision. I think you will be quite happy with these.

I recently decided to create an outdoor living space in backyard which includes hanging bistro styled solar lights. I did a lot of research and decided on this brand and lights for the price, design, and and quality. Plus, they seemed very easy to use out of the box. I ordered 4 strands and love them! The lighting is 1.5W and gives off a beautiful soft glow. I also want to compliment, Lee, a CS agent that I had been communicating with during the course of my project with a variety of questions. He/She answered my EMs promptly with useful answers to my questions on my specific project's needs, esp. when it came to dimension questions and comparison about different products. The product is well constructed--cords are a good weight rubber material, bulbs are solid and solar panels are good size and nicely designed. You can stake or clip them--both accessories are provided. I highly recommend this brand and product...they also have a guarantee which is good since individual replacement bulbs are not currently available, I think.

These are beautiful on our balcony. We screwed in small hooks on the ceiling after taking time to measure everything, and it worked really well! Don't expect a lot of light, these are definitely just mood lighting. I dig it though, it's better than pitch black and it's not too bright that it could bother others in our apartment community. Tasteful look, and the solar power works great!They automatically turn on when it gets to a certain level of darkness, which is determined through the solar panel. If a light from a room with an open window is shining right on the panel, they won't turn on (I got confused with this once until I realized that the panel needs darkness to activate).We've had them for a couple months and they are awesome. The clip that comes with the panel is handy for finding the right orientation for maximum sunlight throughout the day. The lights can be turned off if desired with a switch on the back. This might be a good idea if company is coming and you want them to be fully charged (after 2 days of sunlight). Ours gets about 4 or 5 hours of direct (shining on the panel) sunlight and it works every time. If you are looking for a bright string of lights, look elsewhere. Think candlelight vs fluorescent. I dig em.

I purchased this string of lights based on a recommendation after seeing a friend's installed. These are great! There are 12 lights that string a distance of 27'. One end has the solar panel with about a 3' - 4' lead. It was long enough to reach the roof in my installation. The other end has some long lead that does nothing but I secured it back to the cord with small plastic pull ties and you can't even notice it. The light from these 12 bulbs is just perfect for a patio. Enough light to see but not bright enough to ruin a nice quiet even entertaining with friends or family. Each light has a rubber type connector with a hole for installing. Because there's a bit of an angle between the hole and the connector, I placed 3 small washer between the patio roof and the inside of the hole and fasten them into the side of the overhang. They hang perfectly straight, fit exactly and evenly across the patio and make for the perfect light. They come on when the sun goes down and lasts the entire night until the sun rises...not that I stay up to ensure but have seen them still burning very late at night. I could not be happier with these lights and recommend them if you're looking for quality, good lumens and easy to install.

I'm disappointed that I paid what I paid and yet got so little. I think the product seems to be of good quality, the cord seems thick and durable and it was really easy to set up. But I have a postage stamp of a yard (live in a townhouse complex and I literally have a 7'x7' backyard and it couldn't cover the border of it all. I just wish for the price that I would've gotten more. There's a lot of long wire with no bulbs, I guess to give you slack from where you set up the solar power to the lights but I personally didn't need all that. And then there's slack at the end of the lights and I just don't get why someone would need that. Just looks weird having a long black cord and no lights. I think it's used to connect to the next set of lights, like if you buy two sets. But idk why it had to be soooo long. It's literally like a few feet long.Edit: they turned out pretty bright post charge. And the length of the lights, it's really my fault for not measuring my yard before I bought anything. The company gives you the info after all. I'm satisfied with it.

Perfect for my back patio. Not incredibly bright, but bright enough for my needs. I would recommend.

This is my 4th buy and they work pretty well and last all night in the summer.

We have these outside in Northern MN. It gets to -40 in the winter. We have had these up for three years. Never taken them, down and never had a problem. I just order three more sets because of the durability, quality, and they look great.

Very good quality product with sturdy cable and good solar panel. It is nice for ambience setting but if you are looking to light up the area, this is not the product for you.

Really great quality and they keep burning way after we’ve gone to bed.

We love our new solar lights! Not too dim, and not too bright, just right! We clipped the solar panel to our eaves for full sun exposure, and so far we’ve not been disappointed. The lights turn on each evening. So far we’ve had one heavy rain storm, and a day with wind, and the lights weathered well!
